Our story
Built by a Pilates studio owner, for studio owners.
Launch Bookings didn't start in a tech office. It started in a Pilates studio — between classes, after the last client left, and on the nights when the admin just wouldn't end.
The founder was running a real studio: managing reformer schedules, chasing cancellations, reconciling memberships, arranging instructor cover, following up with trial clients who deserved a call back. The software that was supposed to help almost did the job — but it was built for bigger operations, with pricing that punished small studios for growing and dashboards that never showed what actually mattered today.
So the platform was built from the inside out — around the jobs a studio owner actually does, not around enterprise gym workflows. One simple price. No per-member fees. The tools an independent studio needs to run the day and grow, without the software becoming a second job.
